We believe it’s important to give back to our communities. We’re proud to support over 100 organizations to make a positive impact on the places we call home – and beyond. Within our own organization, we’re building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. 

We’re expanding our employee resource group (ERG) program to build a sense of community and belonging across the organization. From donating to our community food banks to catering lunches for local first responders, we’re always looking for meaningful ways to make a difference. Our associates regularly volunteer their time to participate in fundraisers and drives to benefit local organizations and charities, including those listed here.

Metroparks Toledo: Cannaley Treehouse Village

Therma-Tru is proud to support the Cannaley Treehouse Village, a one-of-a-kind project that helps make lives better by making it easier for local residents to access and interact with nature. The project will feature entry doors from Therma-Tru and is scheduled to open in 2020.

American Red Cross

From hosting blood drives to donating disaster relief supplies, we regularly hold events to benefit the American Red Cross.

Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors goes hand-in-hand with Therma-Tru’s mission to make homes better through security, performance and design. Through product and financial contributions, we’re helping Jared Allen’s Home for Wounded Warriors build and remodel handicap-accessible homes for veterans.
