Enhance the beauty of your home with a variety of divided lite options for entry and patio doors.
By coordinating with your window grid patterns, you can create a cohesive look that complements your home’s architectural style and increases your curb appeal.
What is a divided lite? Traditionally, individual panes of glass were held in place by wood or metal grilles to create a pattern. We recreate that traditional character by adding “dividers” to the glass in an array of profile, size and color options to give you the most flexibility of style.
Simulated Divided Lites (SDLs):
Adhered to interior and exterior panes of tempered glass, these can be stained or painted. Choose wood-grained or smooth-textured.
Grilles Between Glass (GBGs):
Thermally-sealed between panes of flat tempered glass for a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. Choose contour or flat shape in almond, white or bronze color.
Removable Wood Grilles:
Snap on and off the interior pane of tempered glass for easy cleaning. These can be stained or painted for easy customization.
Fixed Grilles:
Molded as part of the glass frame on interior and exterior panes of tempered glass, these can be stained or painted.
Simulated Divided Lites (SDLs) with Grilles Between Glass (GBGs):
The most authentic divided lite look we offer layers SDLs over flat bronze GBGs.
You also get flexibility in your preferred glass, since glass options for divided lites include elegant privacy and textured glass, as well as energy-efficient Low-E and clear glass.
