You’ll want to inspect your Therma-Tru door systems and associated components at least once a year.
Check your door system for:

Fading of door finishes

Weatherstrip seal inadequacies

Door bottom gasket or sill gasket wear
- Vinyl threshold or oak riser splitting or cracking
